Mantis Shrimp; Colored - Odontodactylus sp. (PRE-ORDER)

Pre-Order Livestock Policy

Availability is determined solely by our vendors. We cannot guarantee that any pre-ordered animal will be received, nor can we guarantee size or coloration. Listed items reflect what was requested from the supplier, not what has been confirmed for delivery.

Pickup Pricing

• Wednesday at 12:30 PM: 35% off
• Any time after release: 30% off
• Following Monday: full price

Pickup deadlines are final. No price adjustments will be made after the applicable window closes.

Final Sale Upon Arrival

Upon the animal's arrival at our facility, ownership transfers to the customer. The transaction is complete at that point regardless of the animal's condition or subsequent survival. The customer remains responsible for payment if the animal dies in our care after receipt. We make reasonable efforts to maintain livestock during holding but do not warrant survival.

Refunds

A refund is issued only if the animal is dead upon delivery to our facility from the vendor, and only in accordance with that vendor's terms, including notification deadlines and required photographic evidence of the animal sealed in its original packaging. After the animal is in our possession and the vendor's claim window has passed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms stated above.

That last sentence is what turns it from a notice into an agreement — it makes the act of ordering itself the signature.
